If you can open the app, use Settings, Support. In-app support attaches useful context such as your signed-in account, app version, device model, and issue category.

If you cannot access the app, use the support contact listed on Vector Coach's App Store page.

• Whether you are signed in.
• Whether Apple Health permissions are enabled.
• Whether the issue affects check-ins, coach chat, widgets, subscriptions, or account deletion.
• Any error message you saw.
