Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Vector Coach collects, how it is used, and the controls available to you.
Vector Coach stores information you enter in the app, including profile details, goals, body metrics, daily check-ins, coach messages, coach memory, and imported journey notes.
If you grant Apple Health access, Vector Coach reads the HealthKit activity, workout, sleep, heart-rate, and body metrics you approve. Apple Health access is optional.
Your data is used to provide fitness coaching, explain progress signals, maintain coach memory, sync your signed-in account, support subscriptions, answer support requests, and improve app reliability.
Health and fitness data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
Vector Coach is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Scores, trends, reminders, and coaching responses are for general wellness and informational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions or if you have concerns about your health.
When you are signed in, Vector Coach syncs baseline account activity, metric snapshots, coach messages, and coach memory to Supabase for account continuity.
Coach requests and selected imported text may be sent through Vector Coach Supabase functions to OpenAI so the app can generate coaching responses and structured memory candidates.
Apple Health permissions are optional and can be changed in the Apple Health app at any time. Vector Coach requests only fitness and body data used for coaching.
Vector Coach may write body metrics you choose to save back to Apple Health.
You can delete local data from your device or delete your Vector Coach account from Account settings. Account deletion removes the Supabase account and cloud rows associated with that account, then clears local Vector Coach data on that device.
