Account deletion

Vector Coach lets signed-in users request account deletion from inside the app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Vector Coach.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open your Vector account.
  4. Choose Delete account.
  5. Confirm the deletion prompt.

This removes your synced Vector account data, including cloud-backed check-ins, coaching memory, metrics, and account records associated with your signed-in account.

Delete local data only

If you only want to clear data stored on the device, use Settings, Vector account, Delete local data. This does not delete your Apple ID subscription or erase Health data from Apple Health.

Subscriptions

Apple manages Vector Coach subscriptions through your Apple ID. Deleting a Vector account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions.

Review our support page and include the email address used for your Vector account, plus the details that help us find the right account.
